Yes, they WILL give TAGS to CATS if you ASK for one when you get your cat vaccinated! It's extra insurance for your cat! Another way to get him home, and saves him from being killed if he bites someone while not in your care. Pets without rabies tags are sometimes killed to test for rabies if they bite a human.

Van Ness Small Litterpan 10"x14"
I use these small pans in conjunction with the kennel below for extended car trips. If your cat is going to be in the car for more than 3 hours, you NEED to provide a pan in it's carrier. This one FITS.

Medium/Intermediate Kennel
When used with the above listed litterpan, this size allows you to put the pan in the back of the crate, then fold a towel into quarters and put that in front of the litterpan, the cat will still have plenty of room to lay down and rest, and also have full-time access to the litterpan. ANY Kennel with dimensions close to: 17" W x 26" L x 17" H will work! Pick the brand you prefer, I chose this one as my example because of the price (It's called "Medium" at this store, others will list this size as "intermediate"). ALSO: if you need to transport larger animals, such as medium sized pet wild cats (bobcat, lynx, serval, caracal, etc) this kennel will double for that use, as well as for smaller dogs. Don't use the water dish provided (most kennels come with a clip-on water and food bowl). You can use it for food, but the water will just get spilled. Use a water bottle, as shown below.

Cedarific Cat Litter
SOFT and nice smelling cat litter PERFECT for use when traveling. This is the litter I use in the kennel in the small litter pans above. DO NOT use CLUMPING cat litter in the kennel! Your cat could salivate during stress (not abnormal), spill his water, or even urinate on himself and become a huge clump of litter and fur! This is NOT the best cat litter for windy situations such as riding with car windows rolled down, but if you have air-conditioning or if it's not too hot outside, this is the BEST travel litter.

The best clumping litter for home use. Clumps well, and is SAFE because it does not contain any clay, no harmful dust, all natural, light weight, and flushable.

Natura Pet Cat Foods
Innova EVO, California Natural, and Innova Lite dry and wet cat foods. My cats eat Innova EVO kibble free choice. It's the newest on the Innova line of cat foods, and it's an all meat GRAIN FREE cat food designed with a cat's natural diet in mind. My cat's have really blossomed on it since I switched from the Innova Lite, and California Natural canned food. Now the canned food is a rare treat, or only used to hide medicines in. My girl cat used to eat prescription food (Science Diet C/D), but does FINE on this, and my constantly bald allergy cat grew ALL of his hair back since I switched to the grain free diet! I still recommend the Innova Lite diet for obese cats, and eventually may have to switch back to it because my more chubby-inclined cats are becoming very fat on the EVO diet. I think everything the Natura Pet company makes is great, and you can't go wrong buying anything in their line of products!

Hartz Water Bottle
Good water bottle to use in your kennel when traveling. I use the 8 oz. size for cats, though they never drink it all, the 4 oz may be fine. Most cats adapt and learn to lick the bottle if you just guide them to it with your finger a few times and let it drip onto your finger while clicking the ball. This hartz bottle is CHEAP and can be picked up at any old pet store or walmart and even grocery stores. It comes with a wire hanger. Hang it on the OUTSIDE of the kennel door, and feed the drinking tip through the wire grill of the door. You can secure the cap end of the bottle to the wire door better with a heavy rubber band looped through the wire and then you just pass the drinking tip through the band and then through the wire. A heavy produce band works well, like comes on brocolli stalks. This keeps it from rattling and driving you insane. Make sure the rubber band is heavy and SECURE if you use one, they do pose a choking risk to pets!
