The Vermont Spay Neuter Incentive Program (VSNIP) is a state service for low income residents on government assistance programs only. $10 Neuter or Spay. VSNIP is under the directive of the VT Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets and administered by VT Volunteer Services for Animals Humane Society. To receive an application for assistance, send a Self Addressed, Stamped .63-cent Envelope to VSNIP, PO Box 100, Bridgewater, VT 05034 for each animal.
Friends of Animals runs a national program where pet owners may purchase a certificate from them that can be used for a routine spay or neuter surgery at any of FoA’s participating veterinary hospitals (you type your zip code into their website to find participating vets) - $51 Neuter & $65 Spay
Spay/USA is a national program for low-cost spays and neuters (you fill out a form their website to find participating clinics near you) - Prices vary by the clinics that participate in the program.
